    LEATHER SUSPENDERS

I did as i had earlier said, that i would make some leather suspenders from my old bag arm straps. This was a quick project.

What you need:

-Long leather strap about 2M(you could buy it or recycle from an old bag with long leather straps)
-Suspender clips
-Needle
-Thread(matching colour to the leather straps)
-Strong ring

Procedure:

-Cut the leather strap into three pieces, two of which should be twice the size of the third.
-You could use a strong ring ,like i did ,and sew each end of the cut leather straps around the ring OR you could just sew three ends from each piece all together. It is prefarable to Using the ring.

-Then at the other ends sew on the clips and you are DONE!!!!!!!!

DIY DISTRESSED JEANS
What you need:
-Jeans,it could be a pair of trousers or a skirt.(you could use old ones)
-A pair of scissors
-Chalk
Procedure:
-Lay out your jeans on full length.

-Using the chalk dra4w marks on where you want the ruggedness to appear.Draw imperfect circles ,wherever you want them.

- If you want a more rugged look completely cut out the shapes ,leaving holes on your jeans. For a more composed look, cut lines horizontally in the shapes drawn from the previous instruction.

-Now the last step for both looks is to pull threads out where cuts have been made. The colour of the threads depends on the colour and texture of your jeans.I am not sure about black jeans but for blue ones, there are blue and white threads, pull the blue ones out until the white ones are visible.

-For the more composed look ,you may choose to completely remove the blue threads or just leave it at step 4.

This is a really quick and simple procedure too.Making one will not be enough, trust me, as distressed jeans have been trending for a while now plus using your old jeans saves you some money.
P.S:I made mine while in  bed
